Position Overview We are seeking a dedicated
Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA)
to join our team in
San Jose, California . The COTA will provide therapy services under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist, helping patients regain independence and improve their quality of life.
Responsibilities
Implement therapy interventions according to the OT’s plan of care
Accurately document patient progress and treatment sessions in a timely manner
Assist in patient and family education to support rehabilitation goals
Communicate patient status and observations to the supervising OT
Follow all facility safety, infection control, and compliance procedures
Qualifications
Graduate of an accredited
Occupational Therapy Assistant
program
Active
California COTA license
(or eligibility to obtain prior to start)
Excellent teamwork, communication, and patient care skills
