We are seeking a dedicated
COTA
to join a supportive therapy team in Honolulu, Hawaii. The COTA will work under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist to help patients develop, restore, and maintain functional independence.
Responsibilities Implement therapy interventions according to the OT’s established plan of care
Document patient treatments and progress accurately and in a timely manner
Assist with patient and family education to support therapy goals
Communicate changes in patient status to the supervising OT
Adhere to all safety, infection control, and compliance guidelines
Qualifications Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program
Active
Hawaii COTA license
or ability to obtain
Strong patient-care, communication, and teamwork skills
