Position Purpose Support the Area Director of Revenue Management by overseeing the reservations department and assisting with revenue strategies to maximize hotel performance.

Key Responsibilities Reservations Management
Supervise, train, and develop the reservations team.
Monitor call volume, quality assurance, and checklist compliance.
Manage group blocks, enforce cut-off dates, and coordinate with sales.
Oversee airline crew reservations and billing audits.
Approve weekly commission processing and manage department incentives.
Revenue Strategy
Monitor and optimize daily hotel inventory and pricing strategies.
Communicate rate restrictions and sales strategies to teams.
Assist with rate programs, packages, and special event booking procedures.
Publish weekly operations forecast and support monthly forecasting.
Collaboration & Reporting
Partner with sales and front office to ensure guest satisfaction.
Attend planning meetings and prepare required reports.
Qualifications Skills
Advanced Excel and strong analytical skills.
Knowledge of hotel systems (PMS, CRS, GDS, Channel Manager).
Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
Experience
Experience in reservations or hotel systems.
Leadership experience preferred.
Hyatt systems and IDeaS knowledge a plus.
