Schedule and Location Full‑time, Days shift. Location: AHMG Neurosurgery One Parker, 9403 CROWN CREST BLVD, Parker, CO, 80138
Role Overview This position has administrative responsibility for designated practices yet collaborates within an integrated healthcare delivery system. Customers include, but are not limited to, regional leadership, physicians, providers, practice management, and staff. External customers include patients, caretakers, regulatory bodies, vendors, and the community. The position develops plans to identify and reach short and long‑term goals, ensures compliance with operating and capital budgets, and achieves financial performance. It supports 12+ providers, supervises staff associates, and manages an outpatient ambulatory site across multiple specialties, clinics and providers.
Responsibilities
Develops plans to identify and reach short and long‑term goals and ensures compliance with operating and capital budgets and financial performance.
Exhibits all AdventHealth’s Core and Leadership Behaviors along with AdventHealth’s Leadership Competencies.
Supports 12+ providers and supervises staff associates.
Manages an outpatient ambulatory site, including multiple specialties, clinics, and providers.
Qualifications
High School Diploma / G.E.D.
Three years of experience in a healthcare‑related field with at least two years of management experience.
Entrepreneurial spirit and the skills to lead a small business.
Track record of meeting and exceeding key performance metrics.
