You will report directly to the Marketing Director Paid Channels. This role requires a highly autonomous and collaborative working style across a variety of teams - including PPC, Marketing Analytics, Affiliate, Product, SEO, and Content. You will design, implement, and evaluate tests in collaboration with these teams, often relying on their expertise and support to deliver results effectively. Your Responsibilities
Optimize PPC and affiliate landing page tests, app store listings, ad copy, and potentially additional funnel steps in close collaboration with Product teams. Take ownership of conversion optimization within the Marketing department, working closely with the Paid Channel teams. Generate and refine hypotheses collaboratively with stakeholders across Marketing, Product, and Analytics. Design A/B and incrementality test setups, prepare documentation, and moderate prioritization discussions with Channel, Analytics, and Product teams. Create landing pages independently using Contentstack CMS, A/B testing platforms, or landing page builders, or work jointly with other teams to do so. Ensure statistically sound test implementation and structured tagging of traffic within A/B tools. Analyze and interpret test results using A/B testing platforms, Looker BI, and other analytical tools, and proactively share findings and insights with stakeholders. Champion and embed data-driven experimentation as a core philosophy within the Marketing organization. Work with precision and compliance awareness within a regulated financial environment. Key Qualifications and Skills Strong analytical mindset with solid understanding of statistics, especially regarding sample sizes and test interpretation. Advanced experience working with BI systems (ideally Looker). Hands-on experience with one or more A/B testing platforms. Expertise in UX and web design. Experience with web analytics and heatmapping tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Hotjar, etc.). Excellent communication and collaboration skills for effective stakeholder management. Additional Skills Understanding or curiosity about financial products and services. Experience with workflow organization in ticketing tools (e.g., Jira). Familiarity with PPC marketing (e.g., Google Ads). Experience collaborating with SEO teams and understanding their requirements. Basic graphic design skills and ability to make smaller visual adjustments independently. Understanding of CLTV, customer cohorts, and ROAS as key metrics for marketing optimization.
