We are seeking a motivated and results-driven

Inside Sales Representative

to join our client’s dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in driving sales growth by building and maintaining relationships with customers, providing exceptional service, and delivering tailored solutions to meet customer needs.

Responsibilities:

Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers through regular communication and follow-ups

Identify customer needs, recommend appropriate products and solutions, and achieve sales targets

Develop an in-depth understanding of our client’s metal products and services to provide knowledgeable support to customers

Process customer orders, provide pricing information, and ensure timely delivery of products

Address customer concerns and resolve issues promptly to maintain high levels of satisfaction

Work closely with the outside sales team, operations staff, and other departments to ensure seamless service

Stay updated on industry trends, competitive activity, and customer preferences to identify new business opportunities

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in sales, business, or a related field

Previous experience in inside sales, account management, or customer service (experience in the steel or metals industry is a plus)

Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal

Excellent problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused attitude

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and CRM software

Highly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

A team player who thrives in a collaborative setting
