Inside Sales Representative

to join its dynamic sales team. This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious individual to contribute to the company's continued growth and build a rewarding career in sales. Responsibilities

Make 40–50 outbound calls daily to hotel operators, purchasing managers, and brand contacts to generate new business opportunities. Follow up on inbound leads and marketing campaigns to convert interest into qualified opportunities. Use CRM (HubSpot) to manage and track sales activity, pipeline, and customer interactions. Present and promote company product offerings: lighting, seating, mirrors, and artwork, with emphasis on brand compliance. Identify decision-makers and understand the purchasing process for various hotel brands and properties. Overcome common objections (e.g., supplier familiarity, pricing, product specs) to win trust and secure business. Educate prospects on the company’s value proposition, capabilities, and service advantages. Collaborate with team members to improve sales messaging, lead qualification, and conversion strategies. Attend occasional industry trade shows and conferences to network, support the booth, and cultivate new leads. Qualifications

1+ years of sales experience, or customer engagement roles. Experience with hospitality industry clients or FF&E products is highly preferred. Excellent communication skills with a confident, consultative phone presence. Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple opportunities simultaneously. Demonstrated ability to qualify leads, identify needs, and align solutions to close business. Proficiency in CRM tools—HubSpot, Google, Microsoft preferred.
