Full-Stack Engineer (React / TypeScript / Node.js) | AI Voice Startup | Bay Area Competitive total package ($215K–$290K + equity options) We’re supporting a fast-scaling AI startup backed by leading investors, already hitting strong revenue milestones with a lean, world-class engineering team. They’re building AI voice agents that handle millions of real-time conversations, redefining how companies deliver sales, support, and customer engagement at scale. The Opportunity Join as a Founding Full-Stack Engineer, working directly with the founding team to design, ship, and scale core product features. You’ll work across React, TypeScript, and Node.js, building dashboards, APIs, and orchestration layers that power intelligent voice experiences for global users. What They’re Looking For Hands-on React expertise is non-negotiable
- you’ll be shipping in it daily. Strong academic foundation in computer science or a closely related discipline. 3–10 years of professional software engineering experience (or exceptional early-career achievers). Proven ability to thrive in high-ownership, high-velocity startup environments. Ideally based in (or open to relocating to) the Bay Area for on-site collaboration.
