$160,000.00/yr - $220,000.00/yr Role:
Full-Stack Software Engineer About the Company
Our client is a
Series A, venture-backed healthcare startup (20–30 people)
founded by experienced operators and backed by
top-tier investors in health tech and consumer infrastructure . They’re building the
“healthcare store”
— a modern, patient-facing platform that makes it delightfully simple to shop for, book, and pay for care. The company partners directly with clinicians and major health systems, combining technology with real-world clinical operations. With strong early traction and a high-caliber founding team, this is a rare opportunity to join a mission-driven company at an inflection point in growth. The Role
As a
full-stack engineer , you’ll build and own core product features spanning pricing, appointment booking, and payments — collaborating directly with clinicians and operations teams to translate real-world workflows into software. You’ll work across the stack (React / TypeScript / Node.js, Python / Django, or Go / Postgres) to design reliable, scalable systems that integrate with complex healthcare infrastructure like EHRs, insurance, and lab networks. This role is perfect for engineers who thrive in fast-moving, ambiguous environments and enjoy wearing multiple hats — from writing SQL analytics queries and product specs to owning QA and deployment. You’ll have a high degree of autonomy, ship features end-to-end, and help shape both product and engineering culture. What We’re Looking For
1.5–15 years of experience as a full-stack or generalist engineer. Proven ability to execute in ambiguous or fast-paced settings (startup experience ideal). Proficiency in at least one modern stack (React / TypeScript / Node.js, Python / Django, Go / Postgres). Strong communicator who can articulate complex ideas and collaborate across teams. Product-minded and entrepreneurial — you think beyond the code to user experience and impact. Bonus: familiarity with healthcare systems (EHRs, payments, insurance APIs). Why Join
Strong foundation:
Series A funding, real market traction, and a 20–30 person team led by experienced founders. Immediate impact:
Ship features that directly improve how patients access and experience care. Engineering-driven culture:
Small, talented team that values autonomy and thoughtful execution. Meaningful ownership:
Competitive equity and a voice in shaping both product and tech direction. Interview Process
A concise
one-week process : Intro chat
with the hiring manager. Final in-person technical round
— collaborative problem-solving and product discussion. If you’re a scrappy, product-minded engineer who loves solving real-world problems and wants to help modernize how healthcare is delivered, this is an exceptional opportunity to make an outsized impact. Seniority level
