Partnership offered after first year if a good fit with no buy‑in. All ED board‑certified physicians work in one location. Compensation is all RVU based, top 10% compensation nationwide. Independent contractor 1099 model.
About the Job 50‑bed ED with approximately 80,000 visits per year. 8–10 hour shifts available, minimum 10 shifts per month. Average 2–2.5 patients per hour. No APPs. Excellent relationship with consultants, extensive call panel and ability to get follow‑ups often within days. Strong nurses and ancillary staff. Utilize EPIC.
Qualifications
Board eligible / board certified in Emergency Medicine
California State medical license
Community hospital experience
Willingness to work nights (highly desired)
Efficient in a fast‑paced environment

The influence of California State University at Chico provides a sophisticated and varied choice of cultural and entertainment activities.
