The Residential Habilitation Supervisor is a blended role serving as the Program Director and QIDP over the Company's Residential Habilitation Program. In this role, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with developmental disabilities within the Res Hab program. This position involves creating and implementing individualized care plans that promote personal growth and well-being, ensuring that each client receives the highest standard of care. Additionally, the Res Hab Supervisor directly supervises the CST Manager and indirectly oversees the management of the direct support workforce in the Res Hab program. Schedule

This role is a full-time, 40 hrs/week, salaried exempt position. Work hours are typically Monday through Friday between 8am and 5pm. However, regular evening, early morning, and weekend hours will be required to complete observations of all staff across the three shifts. Responsibilities

Coordinates day-to-day operation of Residential Habilitation Services. Develop and implement individualized care plans tailored to each client's needs. Provide direct support and assistance to individuals with developmental disabilities. Monitor client progress and adjust care plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes. Utilize behavior management techniques to promote positive behaviors and reduce challenging behaviors. Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and maintain confidentiality of client information. Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionals to coordinate services effectively. Provide training and support to staff on best practices in patient care. Requirements

Bachelor's degree in a related field; must meet Idaho Department of Health and Welfare, Bureau of Medical Assistance requirements. Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with clients, families, and team members. Experience in developing care plans is highly desirable. Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities.
