Design and implement scalable, high?quality components and services that align with team and company goals Contribute to technical decision?making, focusing on addressing technical debt, reliability, and system performance Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and stakeholders to translate customer needs into technical solutions Monitor and improve system performance, swiftly identifying and resolving issues Document and share knowledge effectively to elevate the teams technical expertise
What is Required (Qualifications):
5+ years of experience in software engineering with excellent knowledge of C#, .NET, and object?oriented concepts Experience architecting and developing end?to?end flows in a distributed/microservices application architecture Proficiency in writing unit tests and testable code Strong problem?solving skills and ability to navigate complex technical challenges Excellent communication skills, adapting technical concepts for both technical and non?technical audiences
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Experience with frontend technologies such as React and ASP.NET MVC Familiarity with backend technologies including SQL Server and AWS Knowledge of testing frameworks like NUnit, xUnit, and Playwright Experience with infrastructure tools such as TeamCity, Octopus, Datadog, and Sumo Logic
