Research and development of decorative materials, art and vintage design pieces to enhance storytelling and furnish retail spaces, with a strong attention to decorative details.

Which is why we’re looking for an **Interior Innovation Designer** in **Milan** to contribute to our proud legacy and help shape our vibrant future.**PRINCIPAL SKILLS REQUIRED FOR THE POSITION*** Architectural and creative skills* Sophisticated aesthetic sensitivity* Artistic flair and attention to detail, art buying, vintage design, interior decoration/styling* Deep knowledge of premium materials such as fine woods, fragrances, textiles, rugs, etc.* Entrepreneurial mindset* Excellent interpersonal relations* Familiarity with design software is a plus* At least 5-8 years of experience in a similar position, preferred in interior design studios;* University degree with specialization in architecture or interior design* Fluent English, other languages is plus**What makes you, makes our legacy**
