Overview
We are a busy and rapidly expanding immigration law firm representing clients in asylum, removal defense, family-based immigration, appeals, VAWA, and business immigration cases. As our caseload grows, we are hiring for multiple full-time positions. We welcome experienced, motivated, and detail-oriented professionals who are passionate about immigration law and enjoy working in a collaborative, fast-paced, and multicultural environment. With a current full-time staff of 25 employees, we are hiring for the following positions:
Positions
Immigration Paralegal (Asylum & Removal Defense)
Immigration Detention Center Paralegal
Appeals Paralegal (BIA & Federal)
VAWA Paralegal
Business Immigration Paralegal (O1, EB1, E2, etc. cases)
Marriage-Based Immigration Paralegal
Immigration Compliance Paralegal
Qualifications for All Positions
At least one full year of immigration paralegal experience.
Bilingual proficiency in any foreign language.
Authorized to work in the US.
Available full-time.
Strong organization, attention to detail, and multitasking ability.
