Role Summary
Seeking a dynamic and compassionate
Healthcare Sales Specialist
to join the Marketing, Outreach, and Enrollment team. In this vital role, you’ll connect seniors with life‑changing healthcare services that enable them to remain safely in their homes and communities. Rather than a traditional sales position, this opportunity focuses on building meaningful relationships, educating the community, and guiding patients toward services that enhance their quality of life.
Duties
Develop and execute outreach strategies to engage local communities and generate qualified referrals.
Build and maintain strong relationships with community leaders and organizations such as senior centers, assisted living facilities, food banks, and faith‑based groups.
Identify and collaborate with key community partners to create ongoing referral opportunities.
Deliver educational presentations to promote awareness of available healthcare programs and services.
Work closely with the Marketing, Outreach, and Enrollment Director to meet monthly enrollment goals through targeted marketing initiatives.
Represent the organization at community events, health fairs, and networking opportunities to build brand visibility and trust.
Other duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Healthcare Administration, or a related field preferred.
Completion of DHCS training and exam as a marketing representative within 30 days of hire.
Minimum of one (1) year of experience in sales or marketing, preferably within healthcare or senior services.
Proven success in outside sales, community engagement, or relationship‑driven marketing roles.
Proficiency in CRM and healthcare technology platforms such as Salesforce or Athena.
Bilingual in Mandarin or Cantonese.
Desired Qualifications
Experience building partnerships within local communities or senior care networks.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a compassionate, mission‑driven approach.
Type Full‑time direct hire with full benefits.
