Responsibilities
Communicate effectively with clients, direct reporting staff, peers, supervisors, and funders regarding best program practices.
Understand and contribute to Case Management aspects of contract requirements and communicate this to staff.
Maintain client and electronic files in compliance with funder standards and CAMBA quality assurance protocols.
Analyze case management program and demographic data to identify program improvements.
Maintain trackers and monitor scheduling and staff calendars.
Review program emails and ensure appropriate actions are taken.
Supervise, coach, motivate and counsel direct reporting staff to excel.
Plan and organize program activities to maximize contract goals and performance targets.
Improve teamwork among direct reporting staff and peers.
Troubleshoot and make decisions within authority, following program policies and protocols.
Work with staff to improve performance through client feedback and training.
Address resistance to change from clients, staff, and funders.
Administer constructive discipline to direct reporting staff, as needed.
Assist in recruiting program-eligible clients.
Collaborate with CAMBA management on programmatic and personnel issues.
Manage time effectively and coordinate program activities to maximize staff time.
Monitor and review clients\' progress weekly through case conferences with staff.
Review documentation related to clients\' progress for accuracy and clarity.
Participate in administrative and staff meetings as requested.
Provide required information for weekly/monthly/quarterly/annual reports to management and funders.
Prepare marketing materials and outreach to recruit clients.
Prescreen clients by phone for eligibility and schedule intake appointments as needed.
May have direct client service/program responsibilities in addition to the above.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree (e.g., B.A., B.S.W.) and at least 1 year of supervisory experience and/or equivalent experience.
Compensation $60,000-$65,000 annually

Full-time (35 hours per week)
