General Manager
to oversee daily operations of one of our high-performing collision centers. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, operational excellence, and a commitment to delivering the highest standards in quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities
Oversee all aspects of day-to-day collision center operations, including production, estimating, parts, and customer service. Lead, coach, and develop team members to achieve operational goals and uphold company culture and values. Ensure high-quality repair standards and compliance with OEM, DRP, and insurance partner guidelines. Manage financial performance, including labor margins, cycle time, productivity, and profitability. Collaborate with regional leadership to implement business strategies, process improvements, and performance initiatives. Monitor KPIs, conduct regular performance reviews, and implement corrective actions when needed. Maintain a safe, organized, and compliant work environment in accordance with company and regulatory standards. Drive exceptional customer experience, ensuring timely communication and service excellence. Qualifications
5+ years of management experience in the collision repair or automotive industry (multi-shop or high-volume preferred). Strong understanding of collision repair operations, DRP relationships, and estimating systems (CCC One preferred). Proven experience managing P&L and achieving financial targets. Exceptional leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to build high-performing teams and foster a positive, results-oriented culture.
