Responsibilities & Requirements
Monday - Friday, 8 am - 5 pm with 36 patient care hours and 4 administrative hours
18 - 20 patients per day, 9 patients per 4-hour clinic session
Community health center/FQHC outpatient setting
EMR: Epic
Experience with chronic pain, addiction medicine, and behavioral health required
Patient population ranges from pediatric to geriatric
Charts must be completed same day of visit
Outpatient primary care panel management experience required
We provide complimentary housing and travel
We arrange and cover costs for licensing and malpractice
We simplify the credentialing and privileging process
We provide first-day medical insurance and 401(K)

Compensation From $70.00 to $90.00 hourly
