Optimus Health Care is looking for a Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Physician to join our team-based model of care. Competitive compensation and sign-on/retention bonus up to $25,000. Responsibilities
Work in a multispecialty federally qualified healthcare clinic providing care to an existing patient base. 100% outpatient setting. Family-friendly schedule, Monday to Friday working week with the option of part-time or flexible hours. Qualifications
Medical Degree from an accredited medical school. Residency completed in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine from an accredited institution. Board Certified or Board Eligible to sit for Boards. Valid license to practice as an Internist in the State of CT. Current DEA and State Controlled Substance Certificate. CPR certification required on hire and recertification bi-annually. Benefits
