Element Dental & Orthodontics in Conroe, Texas, is growing, and we are looking for an experienced Associate Dentist to join the team and practice all types of dentistry. This is an established practice with 10+ years of helping families celebrate healthy, happy smiles. We serve a community of over 1,200 patients each month with more than 100 new patients monthly. You will work alongside and learn from Dr. Eric Flesher and his team while maintaining clinical autonomy. You will be able to do a little bit of everything – crowns, bridges, fillings, oral surgery, endodontics, cosmetics, and more. This is a full-time position working 4-5 days per week, including 2 Saturdays per month. Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive dentistry to patients, including a broad range of procedures (crowns, bridges, fillings, endodontics, oral surgery, cosmetics, and more) Work with the established team to deliver high-quality, compassionate care Maintain clinical autonomy while collaborating with mentors and support staff Meet or exceed productivity and quality metrics as defined by the practice Qualifications
DMD or DDS from an accredited dental school Valid state dental license (or in the process of obtaining) Ability to maintain state-required insurance coverage Ability to travel as needed Employment Details
