In most cases, a referral from a family doctor is not necessary to schedule an appointment with a Kelsey-Seybold specialist. Responsibilities
See patients in an outpatient setting Monday-Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., including new patients and corporate physicals Participate in the Family Medicine Call group; on-call about once per month, with weekend days shared with another physician; call involves answering patient calls for group physicians Perform annual physicals and wellness exams Engage in preventive medicine Qualifications
Medical Degree (MD, DO) Accredited Family Medicine Residency training Licensed or willing to be licensed in the State of Texas Board Certified or Board Eligible Driver’s License and access to reliable transportation Preferred Qualifications
Bilingual (English/Spanish) fluency Compensation and Benefits
The salary range for this role is $226,000 to $366,000 annually based on full-time employment. Salary Range is defined as total cash compensation at target. The actual range and pay mix of base and bonus vary based on experience and metrics achievement. Pay is based on factors including local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. UnitedHealth Group complies with all minimum wage laws as applicable. In addition to salary, UnitedHealth Group offers a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase, and 401k contributions. Benefits are subject to eligibility requirements.
