What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

Design and implement secure, scalable solutions to support global marketing operations

Integrate data from multiple sources, including Data Warehouses and CRM platforms

Enable real-time personalization and audience segmentation through advanced data processing

Control and audit data flows with full visibility into synchronization logsCollaborate with product owners, functional architects, and marketing stakeholders to align technical solutions with business needs

What is Required (Qualifications)

15+ years of experience in software engineering or Martech development roles, with 3–5 years in a technical leadership capacity

Experience in cloud-native technologies and data processing, including AWS PaaS architectures

Proficiency in DocumentDB, ELT, data warehouse technologies (e.g., Snowflake), and relevant scripting languages

Understanding of SFDC Apex and experience with CRM platforms, particularly Salesforce Sales Cloud

Knowledge of data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA) and secure data architecture

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

Advanced technical certifications in Salesforce or related Martech tools

Experience with CI/CD pipelines, Git, and cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP)
