As a Technical Architect – Marketing Technology, you will design and implement secure, scalable solutions supporting global marketing operations. The role requires deep expertise in marketing platforms, lead generation, data integration, and campaign systems, along with a hands‑on approach to problem‑solving. You will work closely with product owners, functional architects, and marketing stakeholders to turn business needs into robust technical solutions.
You’ll be part of the go‑to market & Finance -Digital Transformation Office team You’ll be part of the go‑to market & Finance -Digital Transformation Office team that supports global marketing initiatives through best‑in‑class technology solutions. Our team is responsible for delivering impactful marketing business and systems capabilities that support customer cohort profiling, journeys, campaign execution, omnichannel integrations, customer engagement, lead management, data insights, and return of investment measurement. We work closely with business leaders, product managers, and engineering teams to ensure alignment with strategic goals and operational excellence.
Responsibilities
Unifying, activating, and analyzing customer data and integrating with transaction tools
Integrating data from multiple data warehouses like Snowflake, Databricks, and transactional sources such as SFDC; managing 100+ destinations (Ads, ESPs, etc.)
Leveraging an advanced identity graph and probabilistic matching to resolve identities across customer datasets
Supporting AI‑based audience segmentation and real‑time personalization, with streaming data ingestion for dynamic campaign responses
Enabling real‑time personalization through streaming ingestion
Integrating multiple MAP platforms (e.g., SFMC, Pardot) for omni‑channel integrations, event‑based triggering, and consistent messaging across email, SMS, push, and ads via synced data to tools like Meta and Google Ads
Aligning transaction systems and data warehouses with internal process controls
Controlling and auditing data flows with full visibility into sync logs, supporting consent‑based marketing and suppression lists
What We’re Looking For
15+ years of experience in software engineering or Martech development, with 3‑5 years in a technical leadership capacity
Experience in cloud‑native technologies with a development background, including AWS PaaS architectures, large‑volume data processing, and SQL tuning techniques
Experience with DocumentDB (MongoDB), ELT and data warehouse technologies (e.g., Snowflake), pipeline creation, DBT, Java, JavaScript, and scripting languages relevant to marketing platforms
A good understanding of SFDC Apex, AMPscript, and related Salesforce automation
Experience designing and integrating with CRM platforms, especially Salesforce Sales Cloud
Knowledge of customer data management, data privacy regulations (GDPR, CCPA), and secure data architecture
Experience with CI/CD pipelines, Git, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
Advanced technical certifications in Salesforce or related Martech tools is a plus
Salary Range or On Target Earnings
$146,700.00 – $339,300.00 (base salary plus potential bonus and equity)
