We are seeking an experienced and hands-on Warehouse Manager to oversee our Bolingbrook warehouse operations and logistics activities. This role plays a key part in ensuring that our warehouse, inventory, and transportation systems run efficiently, safely, and in full alignment with the company’s operational goals. The ideal candidate is a strong leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment, can manage teams effectively, and continuously improves workflow efficiency. Job Responsibilities

Oversee overall operations of the Bolingbrook warehouse and logistics to ensure smooth, timely, and cost-efficient processes. Manage warehouse personnel including recruitment, scheduling, training, and performance evaluation. Plan, organize, and execute warehouse, inventory, and delivery operations according to company standards. Ensure compliance with safety policies and maintain a safe and organized warehouse environment. Implement and monitor process improvements to enhance accuracy and productivity. Coordinate with cross-functional teams and vendors to support supply-chain objectives. Prepare and maintain operational reports to track performance metrics. Handle other duties assigned by management. Qualifications

Bachelor\'s degree or above in Logistics Management, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience in warehouse and logistics management. Bilingual in English and Chinese preferred. Solid understanding of warehousing, transportation, inventory control, and logistics systems. Strong leadership, communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills. Highly responsible, self-motivated, and able to work under pressure to achieve business goals. Perks & Benefits

Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/ incentives/ restricted stock units.
