$144,500.00/yr - $195,500.00/yr Responsibilities
Kforce has a client that is seeking a Database Engineer, Senior in Huntsville, AL. Summary: In this role, you will work with and guide a multi-disciplinary team of analysts, data engineers, developers, and data consumers in a fast-paced, Agile environment. You\'ll use your experience in analytical exploration and data examination while you manage the assessment, design, building, and maintenance of scalable platforms for your clients. Qualifications
Experience using Shell and Python scripting, Terraform, and Ansible for automation Experience with infrastructure as code (IaC), CI/CD pipelines, and automation tools like Ansible, Docker, and Kubernetes for seamless PostgreSQL deployment and management Experience in deploying and managing PostgreSQL databases on cloud platforms like AWS Knowledge of database design principles, query optimization, index management, integrity checks, statistics, and isolation levels Ability to work in a complex enterprise environment and determine the best solution required for business and customer needs Ability to manage tasks and projects independently with minimal guidance and direction Ability to independently research, design, document, and implement new database services Applicants selected will be subject to a government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information Note:
