Title : Sr. Demand Manager Location : Lake Forest, IL Duration : 6 Month 100% Onsite Responsibilities
Establish sophisticated forecast models through statistical modeling and assumption-based forecasting methods through coordination with Sales, Marketing, Finance and Supply Chain Teams to incorporate market intelligence and gain consensus on the sales forecast. Create sales projections for short, medium and long-range planning horizons across global teams for Senior Management’s review and approval. Demand forecasts generated by the incumbent serve as the foundation for management approval of the Annual/Quarterly Financial Plans. Analyze sales performance, forecast accuracy and deviation root causes to identify areas of improvement. Owner of standardized monthly KPI analysis. Develop routine and ad hoc demand related reports for demand team and management. Monitor the monthly performance of sales to identify and communicate trends that indicate gaps versus Area’s financial goals. Responsible for supporting monthly Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) including demand review meetings, demand to supply handover meeting, demand processes and executive meetings. Establish best practice demand planning processes for global commercial organization. Lead the demand planning organization, implement continuous improvement projects across global demand planning organization to drive standardization and implementation of best practices related to process, systems and tools. Coordinate global product transitions through the Life Cycle Management process to ensure forecasts are up-to-date with business strategy and goals. Education
Bachelors Degree (±16 years) or equivalent in one of the following areas- Business, Supply Chain Management, Commercial, Finance, Maths or Data Science, Statistics and/or related business experience Consultants Eligible Benefits
