Overview Reporting directly to the CEO, the Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) is a transformational growth leader responsible for driving enterprise-wide partnerships and accelerating revenue across all commercial channels. The role focuses on building and developing high-performing teams, deepening client relationships, and identifying new partnership opportunities to deliver measurable, sustainable revenue growth and profitability.
Key Responsibilities
Drive Growth & Profitability: Deliver consistent, measurable growth in revenue and profitability across all B2B2C channels. Manage P&L levers for subscription-based products, ensuring partner success and enterprise-level profitability.
Expand Partner Distribution: Deepen existing relationships and forge new strategic partnerships across key channels (Insurance, Real Estate, Financial Services, Utilities, Retail). Develop new distribution channels and partnership models; lead enterprise-level partnership strategy from ideation to contract to execution.
Market Expansion & Customer Engagement: Create and execute go-to-market strategies for new channels and optimize client touchpoints to drive engagement, upsell, and cross-sell opportunities. Collaborate cross-functionally to enhance customer experience and reduce friction.
Integrated Revenue Acceleration Strategy: Align brand positioning, digital marketing, customer acquisition, and conversion optimization with sales strategy. Partner with Marketing and Product to align demand generation and partner enablement with growth objectives.
Operational Discipline & Data-Driven Performance: Establish KPIs, dashboards, and standardized sales and partner management processes. Use analytics to drive data-informed decisions, optimize partner profitability, and refine go-to-market execution.
Build & Develop High-Performing Teams: Recruit, inspire, and develop a high-impact organization built on accountability, collaboration, and innovation. Implement performance management to drive high performance and retention.
Executive & Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with Marketing, Product, Finance, Operations, Legal, and HR to deliver enterprise goals. Shape Cinch’s long-term commercial roadmap and strategic growth agenda.

Experience across Insurance, Financial Services, Real Estate, Utilities, or Home Services.
Travel of 35-40% required, including frequent visits to the Corporate Office in Boca Raton, FL.
