The Role You Will Play: A confidential, nationally recognized manufacturer in the building products sector is seeking a visionary, results-driven Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) to lead enterprise sales strategy and commercial growth. Reporting directly to the CEO and serving on the Executive Leadership Team, this individual will define and execute go-to-market strategies, scale high-performing teams, and align sales, marketing, and product functions to deliver sustainable revenue growth. Key Responsibilities

Set the long-term commercial vision, leading sales strategy, market expansion, and channel development Build, mentor, and scale a high-performing inside and field sales organization Drive growth across direct, channel, and enterprise customer models Deepen enterprise customer relationships and lead strategic account expansion Launch new market and product strategies to capture emerging opportunities Champion CRM usage and data-driven sales enablement to optimize performance Partner cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, and Operations to ensure executional alignment Represent the commercial function at the executive level, reporting on performance and opportunities Recruit, develop, and inspire a values-driven, metrics-focused commercial team Company Overview
