We are investing in strengthening our core operations, expanding into new markets, and modernizing our technology. The Strategy Manager will be at the center of Liberty’s growth journey. Reporting directly to the SVP of Growth & Operations, this individual will work closely with the executive team in a dynamic, entrepreneurial environment to shape Liberty’s strategy and bring it to life. The role blends strategic thinking with disciplined execution. From conducting market analyses and evaluating growth opportunities, to developing clear roadmaps and leading cross-functional initiatives, the Strategy Manager will be accountable for both designing solutions and delivering results. This position also plays a key role in Liberty’s digital transformation, partnering with leaders to modernize systems, improve processes, and ensure the organization is aligned to deliver at scale. Key Responsibilities

Partner with senior leadership to identify, prioritize, and solve Liberty’s most critical strategic and operational challenges Design and conduct market, financial, and operational analysis, and deliver actionable recommendations to improve Liberty’s performance Evaluate new markets to identify growth opportunities, and develop and execute entry strategies to capture them Translate strategy into actionable roadmaps with clear milestones, success metrics, and accountability Lead the implementation of cross-functional strategic projects to ensure full value realization and sustained adoption of new processes, tools, and capabilities Prepare compelling executive level presentations summarizing strategy, performance, and recommendations Partner with business leaders to design and implement processes, structures, and technology that improve efficiency, control, and scalability Play a key role in Liberty’s digital transformation, including major system replacement and automation initiatives. Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Engineering, or related field 3–5 years of experience in management consulting or corporate strategy Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience evaluating markets, financials, and operations. Exceptional communication skills; able to craft and deliver executive-level presentations with clarity and impact. Track record of leading cross-functional projects and driving complex initiatives to completion Experience with technology-enabled transformation, ERP systems, and process automation is a plus Highly organized, resourceful, and comfortable operating in fast-paced, ambiguous environments with a bias for action. Working Conditions

General construction office working conditions with exposure and time on the physical job site and/or in the construction trailer. Some exposure to noise, heat and/or cold, and various weather conditions. Job site walking. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit for long periods of time; talk or hear; perform fine motor, hand and finger skills in the use of a keyboard, telephone, or writing. The employee is frequently required to stands; walk; and reach with arms and/or hands. Specific vision abilities include close vision, distance vision, depth perception and the ability to adjust focus.
