Base pay range $85,000.00/yr - $90,000.00/yr
Responsibilities
Deliver comfortable, high-attention-to-detail service to guests, perform opening and closing tasks, conduct daily walk-throughs, and assist with pre-shift meetings.
Manage staff education programming, including maintaining the training schedule, preparing training materials, communicating with team members, and leading day-of training sessions.
Assist with scheduling, inventory, and department-specific ordering.
Lead and mentor service managers by providing hands-on training and constructive feedback throughout service and during non-operational planning.
Collaborate with Hotel Management Team to ensure clear communication and to meet guest needs.
Physical requirements
Ability to lift and move up to 25 lbs.
Safely and effectively use all necessary tools and equipment.
Stand and walk for an entire shift, including navigating stairs and uneven or slick surfaces.
