Overview
Infosys is seeking Principal SAP ISU FICA Consultant . This position will be a key player in engaging with business/functional teams to provide best-fit technical solutions while conforming to client’s and Infosys development standards. You will also support knowledge transfer with the objective of providing value-adding consulting solutions that enable our clients to meet the changing needs of the global landscape. Responsibilities

Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education. At least 11 years of experience with Information Technology. Location for this position is Miami, FL. This position may require travel and/or relocation. Candidates authorized to work for any employer in the United States without employer-based visa sponsorship are welcome to apply. Infosys is unable to provide immigration sponsorship for this role at this time. Preferred Qualifications:
At least 11 years of experience in SAP CR&B implementation programs in at least one of the modules of ISU FICA. Experience across Electricity (preferred), or Gas or Water Utilities industries, North America. Experience of at least 1 end-to-end lifecycle implementation activity including: requirement gathering, business process design, SAP configuration, RICEFW functional design, systems and integration testing, and resolving production issues. Experience in setup of Org Structure, GL setup & Integration; experience in Cash journal, Clearing Control, Account Assignment and setup of Direct Debit Payments. Strong understanding of Dunning process, collection, and installment plan. Experience in billing processes including setup of main and sub transactions, issue analysis in billing and invoicing, and invoice layout and bill print. Strong client-facing experience with excellent communication and presentation skills. Strong analytical skills with ability to perform advanced Excel-based data analysis of SAP ISU data. Ability to work with offshore teams and coordinate work delivery between onsite and offshore; flexible work timings required due to remote working environment including offshore overlaps. The job entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Should be able to communicate by telephone, email, or face to face.
