Overview
LoLa 41 Aspen is seeking an experienced Assistant General Manager to join our dynamic team.
The Aspen location will feature:
42 seats in the bar and dining room
60 seats on a fully climatized outdoor patio
12 seats in a lower-level speakeasy/private dining room
Serving breakfast, lunch, dinner and room service
Base pay range
$70,000.00/yr - $80,000.00/yr
Location: White Elephant Hotel, Aspen, Colorado
Opening: January 2026 | Start Date: December 2025/January 2026

With acclaimed locations in Nantucket and Boston, Massachusetts; Palm Beach and Naples, Florida; and upcoming openings in Aspen, Colorado, LoLa 41 continues its rapid expansion into Newport, Charleston, Winter Park, Miami, and Dallas.

Key Responsibilities
Train, mentor, and supervise front-of-house staff to ensure excellence in service.
Coordinate and manage weekly staff schedules.
Oversee daily restaurant operations and lead the floor during service hours.
Handle guest relations, ensuring an exceptional dining experience for every guest.
Open and close the restaurant in accordance with company policies and procedures.
Maintain high standards of hospitality, cleanliness, and service consistency.
Assist with inventory management and prepare monthly reports.
Qualifications
Minimum 2+ years of restaurant management experience required.
Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
Positive attitude and a passion for hospitality.
Ability to multi-task, delegate effectively, and solve problems quickly.
Proficiency with restaurant management systems and relevant technology.
College degree preferred, but not required.
Living in Roaring Fork Valley is a plus! (housing options can be available for the right candidate)
