Minimum qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience. 7 years of experience in business development, partnerships, management consulting, or investment banking, in the Consumer Electronics, Auto, OEMs, Telecom, E-Commerce/Retail, Apps, Ads, Gaming, or Technology industries. Experience working with C-level executives and cross-functionally across all levels of management. Experience managing agreements or partnerships. Preferred qualifications

Master's degree or other advanced degree. Experience managing partnerships with major publishers or content platforms. Experience working autonomously in a dynamic, ever-changing, and collaborative environment. Knowledge of the digital publishing ecosystem, including business generation, content management, and emerging web technologies. Ability to influence cross-functional teams (e.g., product, engineering, policy, go-to-market) and translate partner needs into actionable insights. Ability to identify potential business opportunities, assess financial/business benefit, structure agreements, and discuss terms with strategic partners. About The Job

Google's Partnerships Development team focuses on seeking and exploring new opportunities with Google's partners. With business acumen and product knowledge, you interact with partners and help them grow using Google's offerings. Your knowledge of relevant verticals and relationships with industry players shape applications and content for products such as YouTube, Google TV, and Commerce. You will shape the future of browsing and the open web by partnering across the ecosystem. You will support Chrome’s goals across consumer growth, advertising, enterprise, identity, AI, and the broader platform ecosystem, delivering innovation and leadership for billions of users and partners worldwide. You will also manage Chrome’s partnerships with leading publishers and web service providers to advance product adoption, strengthen the open web, and balance innovation with long-term business needs of the publishing ecosystem. The Global Partnerships organization explores opportunities with Google's partners and supports Google's Product teams with essential partnerships to enable advertising, Search, Assistant, Maps, Travel, Shopping, Payments, and more.
