As a Branch Operations Lead in a Chase Branch, you\'ll be at the heart of our branch operations, working closely with the Branch Manager, branch employees, and our team of experts. Your role is crucial in ensuring that our clients\' financial transactions are handled with precision and care, all while adhering to our policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements. A typical day involves assisting clients with transactions, introducing clients to self-service options, and building lasting relationships. You will review branch operations and keep the branch team informed about the latest policies and procedures, with leadership that supports loss control, compliance, and audits. Responsibilities
Collaborate with the Branch Manager to create a welcoming and vibrant branch atmosphere, ensuring clients have an exceptional experience. Greet clients, assist with transactions, manage lobby flow, and schedule meetings to build trusted relationships. Engage clients with clear communication, understand needs, and check them into the waiting queue for a smooth visit. Lead branch operations, including managing cash devices like the cash vault and ATM; resolve client issues promptly while adhering to bank policies and procedures. Introduce clients to the branch team to deliver seamless service and assist with specialized financial needs. Simplify banking by sharing self-service options and enabling 24/7 access to accounts. Support all aspects of branch operations with a focus on loss control, compliance, and audits. Qualifications
You adhere to policies, procedures, and regulatory banking requirements with attention to detail and organization. Strong leadership and operational proficiency; ensures transaction accuracy in a collaborative team environment. Ability to educate and keep the branch team and partners informed. Excellent client engagement skills, with the ability to educate clients and refer to experts when needed. 1+ years of retail banking experience. High school degree, GED, or foreign equivalent. Ability to work branch hours including weekends and evenings. Preferred Qualifications
6+ months of Associate Banker (Teller) experience. College degree or military equivalent. Training and Travel
Complete our Branch Operations Lead Training Program before placement as a Branch Operations Lead. Travel as required for in-person training and meetings. About Us
