required. Licensed to practice law in the state where the office is located (Texas). Key Skills & Experience
Proven experience in all aspects of general commercial litigation, including contract and how it effects business. Strong research and writing skills paired with an outstanding academic record. Clerkship or trial experience. Prior experience in a large law firm environment is highly valued. Provide legal advice and counsel on corporate governance, business strategy, regulatory compliance, and legal risks. Assist the Board of Directors, executives and management on corporate governance practices, fiduciary duties and best practices for board operations and shareholder relations. In-depth understanding of corporate law, including corporate governance, contracts, compliance, and intellectual property. $225,000 to $300,000
