About the Position:
Our client, a prestigious Am Law firm, has an active need for an executive compensation and employee benefits lawyer (2-6 yrs) to join its Chicago office as an associate. This premier practice is nationally Chambers-ranked and provides a dynamic platform for advising on complex and high‑profile executive compensation and employee benefits matters.

Handle sophisticated compensation and benefits matters, including those related to large change in control transactions (i.e. public and private equity transactions, bankruptcies, asset sales, IPOs and financings)
Required Qualifications:
2-6 years of executive compensation and employee benefits law experience
Experience with representation of public companies involving the disclosure of executive compensation is preferred
Location: Chicago, IL (Hybrid)
Compensation: The anticipated base compensation for this position is $235,000 – $390,000.
