is seeking an experienced and compassionate
Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)
to join a respected
Skilled Nursing Facility in San Francisco, CA .
You’ll work alongside an interdisciplinary therapy team providing speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing therapy to adult and geriatric patients in a supportive post-acute environment.
This position is ideal for a clinician who values teamwork, professional growth, and meaningful patient outcomes.
Conduct evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans for speech, language, voice, and swallowing disorders
Implement therapy programs focused on restoring and maintaining communication and swallowing function
Collaborate with PTs, OTs, nurses, and physicians for coordinated care
Document treatments and progress in EMR per facility and state guidelines
Educate patients, families, and staff on communication and swallowing strategies
Current BLS Certification (AHA-approved)
SNF or post-acute rehab experience preferred (CFY or new grads welcome)
Excellent communication and clinical documentation skills
$45–$50/hour (DOE)
Weekly direct deposit
Travel & housing stipends available (if eligible)
Dedicated ATG credentialing and onboarding support
Opportunities for contract extensions and permanent hire
