Responsibilities
Perform mammography procedures with precision and care for patient comfort.
Engage in continuous learning to enhance technical skills and knowledge.
Achieve performance targets and contribute to departmental goals.
Maintain and calibrate imaging equipment to ensure optimal performance.
Adhere to safety protocols and regulations in all procedures.
Document and report patient information accurately and timely.
Monitor and evaluate patient responses during imaging procedures.
Utilize data and analytics to assess and improve workflow efficiency.
Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
Participate in quality assurance programs to improve service delivery.
Assist in training new staff and sharing best practices.
Experience/Qualifications
Certification in Mammography Technology or equivalent credential.
Experience in performing mammography procedures with patient-centered focus.
Strong commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
Ability to collaborate effectively with healthcare professionals.
Proficient in documenting and reporting patient information accurately.
Knowledge of safety protocols and regulations related to imaging procedures.
Experience with data analytics to enhance workflow efficiency.Ability to monitor and evaluate patient responses during procedures.
Experience in quality assurance programs to improve service delivery.
Willingness to assist in training new staff and sharing best practices.
