Responsibilities
Perform mammography procedures with precision and care for patient comfort.
Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities.
Engage in performance metrics to track personal and team success.
Maintain and calibrate imaging equipment to ensure optimal performance.
Analyze imaging results and assist in diagnosing conditions.
Document and report patient information accurately and timely.
Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment.
Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
Educate patients on procedures and address any concerns.
Stay updated on industry advancements and best practices.
Experience/Qualifications
Certified Mammography Technologist with valid state licensure.
Experience in performing mammography procedures with high attention to detail.
Commitment to ongoing training and professional development.
Ability to analyze imaging results and assist in diagnosis.
Strong communication skills to educate patients effectively.
Demonstrated ability to collaborate with healthcare teams for patient care.
Knowledge of safety protocols and maintaining a clean work environment.
Familiarity with performance metrics to track personal and team success.
Willingness to adapt to new industry advancements and best practices.
Experience in developing strategies for improved service delivery.
