About the Role: This role is within a dynamic team dedicated to driving revenue diversification through a robust partnership program. You will ensure partners are empowered and supported in their operations, ROI, and go-to-market strategies. The role involves collaboration with internal teams and external partners, requiring operational expertise, strategic thinking, and relationship management skills. Your contributions will directly impact the growth and scalability of the partner ecosystem.

Responsibilities:

Provide operational support to new external partners for smooth onboarding.

Develop and implement enablement plans to equip partners with necessary resources and knowledge.

Coordinate with internal teams to streamline partnership reviews and approvals.

Identify and address partner needs and issues, providing feedback to internal stakeholders.

Plan and conduct quarterly business reviews with education and commercial partners, managing logistics and follow-ups.

Oversee business operations and reporting for partnerships, including pricing, orders, invoicing, and royalties.

Identify bottlenecks in partnership processes and propose solutions for efficiency and scale.

Create processes and resources to scale the partner ecosystem, focusing on efficiency and growth.

Must-Have Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or related field.

4+ years in Partnership Management, Account Management, Business Operations, Finance, or Program Management.

2+ years in partner management (internal and external).

4+ years in program management.

2+ years of experience with Microsoft Office.

Nice-to-Have Qualifications

Experience in the gaming industry.

Experience in education technology sector.

The target compensation range is $47.82 to $53.13 per hour, based on education, experience, certifications, and location.
