Physical Therapist License
(Massachusetts) Current
BLS certification New graduates are welcome to apply SNF experience preferred Negative Covid test required within 72 hours prior to start date, with results issued within 48 hours prior to start date Must meet pre-employment credentialing requirements (background check, drug screen, etc.) Responsibilities
Evaluate patients and design individualized treatment plans Deliver therapy interventions to restore mobility and function Document patient progress and maintain accurate clinical records Educate patients and caregivers on exercises and therapy techniques Collaborate with the rehab team to ensure quality patient care Highlights
