Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)
for a contract assignment in a
Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF)
located in
Framingham, Massachusetts . This opportunity allows you to provide essential therapy services that improve patients’ communication, swallowing, and quality of life in a supportive rehab environment. Location:

Full-time (hours may vary by facility) Requirements
Active
Speech-Language Pathologist License
(Massachusetts) BLS certification (required) New graduates welcome to apply SNF experience preferred Must provide a
negative COVID test within 72 hours prior to start date
(results must be issued 48 hours prior) Must meet pre-employment credentialing requirements (background check, drug screen, etc.) Responsibilities
Evaluate, diagnose, and develop individualized treatment plans for patients with communication and swallowing disorders Provide speech, language, and swallowing therapy to improve patient outcomes Monitor progress, document therapy sessions, and adjust treatment as needed Collaborate with nurses, physicians, and other rehab team members Educate patients, caregivers, and families on therapy techniques and home programs Maintain compliance with facility, state, and federal guidelines Highlights
