Responsibilities
Participate in ongoing professional development and training.
Engage in self‑assessment and seek feedback for improvement.
Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop patient care plans.
Assist in achieving departmental performance targets.
Monitor and document patient progress and vital signs.
Educate patients and families on health management and recovery.
Communicate effectively with patients and their families.
Adhere to safety and infection control protocols.
Participate in quality improvement initiatives.
Manage time effectively to prioritize patient care tasks.
Experience and Qualifications
Current RN license in Maryland with MedSurg Neuro experience.
Commitment to professional development and continuous learning.
Strong understanding of patient care protocols and safety standards.
Excellent communication skills for patient and family interactions.
Proven ability to work collaboratively in a healthcare team.
Experience with electronic health records and documentation processes.
Strong time‑management skills to prioritize patient care tasks.
Ability to monitor vital signs and document patient progress accurately.
Experience in quality improvement initiatives within a healthcare setting.
Willingness to engage in self‑assessment and seek feedback.
