nimble solutions (“nimble” and f/k/a National Medical) is currently seeking a Business Development Representative (BDR) to support nimble’s growth strategies and act as a liaison between our sales and marketing teams. nimble provides revenue cycle outsourcing services to ambulatory surgery centers (“ASCs”), surgical practices, surgical hospitals, and anesthesia groups. What you'll be doing:

As a BDR you will assist and support nimble’s sales and marketing teams with inbound lead qualification and outbound prospecting to create a constant flow of qualified leads that result in new or expanded business opportunities. Ultimately, you will help drive business development and contribute to our long-term business growth. Gather and ensure accurate account and contact information in Salesforce to support marketing and business development efforts. Assist with creating segments, identifying key decision makers, and ensuring outbound campaign lists align with key personas and growth strategies. Mine undeliverable and bounced emails. Leverage information to drive information clean up to support ongoing accurate contact information. Categorize leads generated from marketing campaigns as sales dis-qualified, sales accepted, or sales qualified opportunities, and assist with moving qualified leads into the sales cycle or marketing funnel Generate a list of leads by territory for sales outreach; review SQLs with the BD team and help document sales activity and outcomes in the CRM (e.g., SalesForce). Source, ingest, data cleanse, and maintain events and industry trade show lists; forward new hot leads to BD team and initiate follow-up from events within SLA of 2-3 business days Set up and manage outbound email cadences in SFDC for the BD team; This includes working with rev ops to report on the success of the campaigns via key metrics. Assist with LinkedIn Sales Navigator set up, administration, and training; Leverage business acumen about industry, ASCs, RCM, and competitors to contribute to sales and growth opportunities; Establish clear processes for monitoring leads/MQLs and measuring results; collaborate on training to improve internal practices and to address any knowledge gaps Provide analytics reviews and reporting for sales cadences, monthly business reviews, weekly events debriefs, and other reporting as needed.

Requirements:

Who you are: Minimum 2 years of marketing or sales experience. Superior written and verbal communications and active listening skills. Strong desire and ability to grow with an award-winning organization. Adaptability and ability to work well under pressure. Excellent time management and organization. Strong skills in Salesforce, HubSpot preferred. Bachelor’s degree, or at least 2 years of relevant work experience.
