We are rapidly expanding and are looking for a polished mortgage branch manager to oversee all aspects of daily operations and grow our sales team with our white glove approach to customer service. $40,000 - $200,000 yearly Responsibilities:

Represent our brand in a positive way to referral networks, such as realtors, using effective marketing tactics and paying strong attention to reputation management Maintain and enforce branch policies, procedures, and protocols are followed by all team members Lead, train, and motivate employees to achieve sales goals Meet and exceed sales management goals, pipeline goals, and new business generation goals to increase market share Recruit, hire and train all branch personnel including mortgage loan officers/ MLOs, compliance, operations, underwriters, processing teams, and other mortgage professionals to build a well-rounded team Qualifications:

Must be able to complete all phases of the mortgage loan origination process and have demonstrated knowledge of FHA, VA, USDA, and conventional residential mortgage loan products and regulations Must have strong judgment and decision making skills and excellent communication skills Previous experience required: 3-5 years of experience in banking or mortgage industry with 2-3 years experience a supervisory role as customer service, human resources, business development, sales, or operations manager About Company If you’re looking to grow in the mortgage business, there’s no better place than The Faille Team.
