We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Junior Executive Administrative Assistant to support senior leadership across multiple departments. This role requires strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to prioritize and manage multiple complex projects simultaneously. Responsibilities Manage and process expense reports using Concur for multiple executives Book domestic and international travel arrangements, including securing visas and complying with travel policies Maintain and coordinate complex calendars across time zones for senior leaders Schedule and organize internal and external meetings, including conference room bookings and A/V setup Assist with preparation for Board of Director meetings, including assembling materials and handling logistics Provide event support for executive-level events, town halls, and off-site meetings Serve as point of contact for facilities management, ensuring high standards and coordination with cleaning staff Maintain a professional and discreet demeanor with exposure to confidential and sensitive information Create clear and concise written communication and meeting materials as needed Manage competing priorities with a high level of organization and attention to deadlines Support ad-hoc administrative tasks and special projects as assigned by executive leadership Qualifications 3–5 years of experience in an Executive Assistant or Administrative role Bachelor’s degree preferred Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Concur (or similar expense and travel systems) Strong written communication skills and attention to detail Demonstrated executive presence and professionalism in interactions at all levels Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and adapt in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment Experience working with senior executives, including VPs and SVPs, preferred The base salary range for this position is $80,000 to $90,000. Actual salary offer may vary based on work experience. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future.
