Responsibilities Greet and check in patients with warmth and professionalism Answer phones, manage appointments, and support scheduling Coordinate with practitioners and Chiropractic Assistants Keep the front area clean, calm, and running smoothly Support daily administrative operations with accuracy and care Qualifications Communicates clearly and kindly with patients and staff Thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment Is tech-savvy (experience with EHR systems a plus!)
