Participate in candidate sourcing strategies and business development activities. Develop relationships with clients and candidates; provide staffing services to clients. Engage in daily outbound communications with clients and candidates. Collaborate with a high-energy team to meet recruitment goals. Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree 1-2 years of customer service or sales experience Exceptional written and verbal communication skills Well versed in social media and technology applications High-energy and self-directed Ability to work in a team environment Ability to make daily outbound sales and recruiting calls Willingness to meet with clients and candidates daily Compensation This opportunity offers a base salary plus excellent benefits and an uncapped commission.
