Daley is seeking candidates for an entry-level Recruiting Associate position located in our downtown Boston, MA headquarters. The ideal candidate will be motivated and ambitious, looking to gain end-to-end recruiting and account management experience. Our team of recruiters is high-energy and goal-oriented, eager to provide first-class staffing services to our clients.

Responsibilities

• Gain end-to-end recruiting and account management experience.
• Participate in candidate sourcing strategies and business development activities.
• Develop relationships with clients and candidates; provide staffing services to clients.
• Engage in daily outbound communications with clients and candidates.
• Collaborate with a high-energy team to meet recruitment goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree
• 1-2 years of customer service or sales experience
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Well versed in social media and technology applications
• High-energy and self-directed
• Ability to work in a team environment
• Ability to make daily outbound sales and recruiting calls
• Willingness to meet with clients and candidates daily

Compensation

This opportunity offers a base salary plus excellent benefits and an uncapped commission.
