Responsibilities Lead the automation engineering project, ensuring successful installation and commissioning of new capital equipment. Validate and implement processes for 8-10 new machines on the manufacturing line. Manage complex automation integration with budgets of 1.5 Million+ per machine. Serve as the site leader, providing direction from concept to completion. Recommend next steps and present information to leadership. Work cross-functionally with Manufacturing Engineers and Production members to ensure process implementation. Essential Skills Bachelor's Degree in Engineering. 5-8+ years of experience in Manufacturing Automation. Expertise in Automation Integration. Proficiency in reading and interpreting Automation Programs and PLC Ladder Logic. Experience in implementing and validating new automation machinery. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $57.69 - $67.31/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
